Delivery Policy

The monthly plan delivers access, not goods: the ability to publish a portfolio to a public URL, to hold up to 3 portfolios on your account, and to keep the published one online and editable for the whole billing period.

• Payment is confirmed on our server by the payment provider, not by your browser — so delivery does not depend on you staying on the page after paying.
• The plan is activated on your account as soon as that confirmation arrives, normally within seconds.
• You are returned to your billing page, which shows the plan as active and the date of the next renewal.
• Publishing is available immediately; a portfolio goes live at its public URL the moment you press Publish.

If a payment succeeds and the plan is not active within a few minutes, do not pay again — email matrixmindsit@gmail.com and we will activate it by hand. Do not send a second payment: subscription payments are not refunded, so a duplicate stays on your account as the month that follows.

Every successful payment and renewal is recorded on your account and confirmed by email to the address you signed up with. Your current plan, renewal date and payment history stay visible on the billing page for as long as the account exists.

Published portfolios are served continuously for the whole of the month paid for. When that month ends the public link goes offline and the content stays saved on your account, ready to go back up as soon as another month is paid for. Planned maintenance that would take published pages offline is announced by email in advance.

There is none. Folier has no physical products, so no shipping fees, delivery times, couriers or geographic restrictions apply to any purchase on this site.
