Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nothing renews by itself. A transfer buys one period — a month or a year — and when it ends the plan simply stops unless you send another: there is no subscription to cancel, no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling does not cut it short.
• At the end of that period the plan stops and your published link goes offline.
• Your portfolios, content and images are kept, and stay editable on the free tier.
• Send another transfer whenever you like and we put the same portfolio back online at the same URL.

The plan is a digital service delivered the moment payment is confirmed: publishing is enabled straight away and your portfolio is live and served to visitors for the whole period. For that reason subscription payments are not refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason.

Once a subscription has been activated on your account, the payment for it stays paid:

• Cancelling part-way through a month does not produce a pro-rata refund — you keep the access you paid for until the period ends.
• A month you did not use, or a portfolio you never published, is not refunded.
• Deleting your account forfeits the remainder of the period you have paid for.
• We do not offer a trial refund, a goodwill refund, or a refund for a change of mind.

Nothing is ever charged to you automatically, so a payment only exists because you sent it. Please read this page and the Terms & Conditions before you pay, and ask us anything you are unsure about first — we would far rather answer a question than take money you did not mean to send.

Your plan does not charge you by itself and never will: each period is a transfer you send and a person confirms. When it ends, nothing is lost — the published link goes offline, your portfolios stay saved and editable, and publishing returns as soon as a new transfer is confirmed.

Deleting your account from Account settings is not a cancellation and does not produce a refund. It ends the subscription at once and forfeits the remainder of the period you have paid for, along with everything on the account. If you only want to stop paying, cancel instead — you keep what you have paid for until it runs out. The full rules are in the Terms & Conditions.

If you see a payment to us you cannot account for, email matrixmindsit@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount, before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer within 48 hours and tell you plainly what we received and which account it was applied to.
